• Councillor Jamie Lane - Personal - Declared a personal, non-pecuniary interest in discussion on the railway station as he had been a member of the Planning Committee whih had granted planning permission for the construction of the new railway station and had voted in favour of permission being granted.
• Councillor Joy Capstick - Personal - Declared a personal, non-pecuniary interest as a former member of the WNDC and a member of the WNDC Audit and Risk Committee.
