Public Spaces Protection Order - Portland Place and Exeter Place
A request to consult with the public for the purpose of using the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) to gate a number of public highways in Portland Place and Exeter place. The purpose being to create cul-de-sacs and channel pedestrians through the main routes in the estate to reduce residential and vehicular crime in the area and create safer and more secure residential and parking spaces for residents.
