The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

There were none.

 “That the public and press be excluded from the remainder of the meeting on the grounds that there is likely to be disclosure to them of such categories of exempt information as defined by Section 100(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 as listed against such items of business by reference to the appropriate paragraph of Schedule 12A to such act.”

The Chair moved that the Public and Press be excluded from the remainder of the meeting on the grounds that it was in the public interest to conduct that part of the hearing in private as there was likely to be disclosure to them of such categories of exempt information as defined by Section 100l of the Local Government Act 1972 as listed against such items of business by reference to paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12A to that Act, namely information relating to an individual or which is likely to identify an individual.

The Motion was Carried.

The Licensing Team Leader reported that the Licence Holder was unable to attend the meeting due to work commitments but asked that the review be heard in his absence. It was noted that he had a conviction of drink-driving.

The Solicitor explained that no action could be taken because the conviction occurred prior to 6^th April 201, that being the time when the relevant provisions came into force.

RESOLVED:

That no action be taken in respect of the Personal Licence.
