3.	Declarations of Interest Personal Prejudicial Minutes: Councillor Hadland declared a Personal interest in item 6, Updated West Northamptonshire Local Development Scheme (LDS)- June 2012 in so far as the discussion might relate to land in Brackley that he was advising a client on.
4.	Matters of Urgency To consider any issues that the Chairman is of the opinion are Matters of Urgency. Minutes: None.

PDF 599 KB Minutes: The Head of the JPU submitted a report that sought the Joint Committee’s approval to publish the updated West Northamptonshire Local Development Scheme (LDS) as the Committee’s approved Scheme (set out at Appendix 1); approval to send the updated LDS to Government for their records; and agreement to a draft press release relating to the publication of the updated LDS which was circulated. RESOLVED: 1. That the updated LDS for publication as the Joint Committee’s approved Scheme be approved. 2. That the updated LDS be sent to the Government for their records. 3. That the press release circulated at the meeting relating to the publication of the updated LDS, be approved for release.
