1.	Welcome to the Mayor Minutes: The Mayor welcomed everyone to the meeting.
2.	Apologies. Minutes: Apologies were received from Councillors Walker, Chunga, Russell, Golby, Sargeant and Caswell.
3.	Declarations of Interest Minutes: There were none.
4.	Installation of Honorary Alderman PDF 95 KB (Copy herewith) Minutes: Councillor Markham proposed and Councillor Meredith seconded a report that sought Councils confirmation to confer the status of Honorary Alderman on former Councillor Lee Mason. RESOLVED: 1. That Council confirms that it wished to confer the status of Honorary Alderman on former Councillor Lee Mason, past Mayor of the Borough of Northampton, in recognition of her eminent service as Member of the Council. 2. That it be further recommended that this meeting stand adjourned until 6.30pm on Monday the 3^rd October 2016 in order to install Councillor Mason as Honorary Alderman.
