To approve the minutes of the proceedings of the Meeting of the Council held on 5^th and 12^th March 2018.

The minutes of the Council meetings held on the 5^th and 12^th March 2018 were agreed and signed by the Mayor following a correction to the minutes (of the 12^th March 2018) on Motion iii) which incorrectly stated that the motion had been carried when it had been lost.
