1.	Apologies For Absence Minutes: Apologies were received from Councillors Jim Bass, Mary Clarke, Stephen Clarke, Deanna Eddon, Hadland and Chris Over and County Councillors Andre Gonzalez de Savage and Ben Smith.
2.	Minutes PDF 60 KB Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of the Joint Committee held on 16 July 2012 were agreed and signed by the Chair.

6.	Draft JPU Budget: Financial Year 2013-14 PDF 75 KB (Copy attached) Minutes: The Deputy Section 151 Officer of South Northamptonshire Council submitted a report that set out a proposed budget for the West Northamptonshire Joint Planning Unit for 2013-14. The budget needed to be approved prior to 31st October 2012 so as to comply with the requirements set out in paragraph 5 of the fifth schedule of the agreement between the partner Councils. The report had previously been considered and approved by the Programme Board and the Business Sub Group. RESOLVED: That approval be given to the 2013-14 base budget of £691,480 for the JPU and that this figure be forwarded to partner Councils for their ratification.
